Genome-wide miRNA screen for regulators of NF-κB signaling. (A) Primary screen schematic. HEK293 cells stably expressing a NF-κB-luc reporter were transfected with a library of miRNA mimics. Plates were incubated under normal growth conditions for 72 hours. Cells were then treated with vehicle control or TNF for 8.5 hours. Luminescence was read from each well.
