The multiple hypothesis testing corrected p-values for triplet patterns show significant over-representation of patterns 10, 12 and 14 (datasets 1 and 2, n = 1000). The significance measure P m represent the probability of finding a random matrix R, in which at least one class has smaller (or equal) raw p-value than that found for a given class in the actual network.
