T, P, L, H, C, F, E, A, O, D, R, I and M represent genes for the trefoil factor, NADPH:protochlorophyllide oxidoreductase, L-lactate dehydrogenase, hedgehog protein, subunit 6a of chaperonin containing TCP1, subunit ATP5 of F1FO ATP synthase, ubiquitin conjugating enzyme E2, copper-containing amine oxidase, anion transporter, dTDP-glucose 4,6-dehydratase, dTDP-4-dehydrorhamnose reductase, iron permease, and dolichyl-phosphate-mannose:protein mannosyltransferase, respectively.
