Demonstration of the lack of membrane leakage activity of TMD in comparison with FP. (A) Membrane leakage experiments using Tb³⁺/DPA assay to monitor membrane activity of TMD, FP and TMD:FP complex. Both FP and FP:TMD display dose-dependent leakage activity whereas TMD alone exhibits little activity. It is noted that the characteristic time of leakage is approximately 200 s for P/L = 0.05.
