Arrowhead, indicates position of intron/exon boundary and boxed grey areas indicate predicted transmembrane domains (based on HMMTOP version 2.0 program). Unfilled boxes show relative positions of the conserved motif Glu-Arg-Cys (ERC) at the proximal part of the cytoplasmic 2 domain.
