Cross-linked chromatin from untreated hydroxyurea (-HU) or hydroxyurea-treated (+HU) (1 mM, 16 hours) HCT116-3(6) cells were immunoprecipitated with the indicated antibodies and followed by polymerase chain reaction analysis using the primers flanking the sequences corresponding to the model-based algorithm for promoter array promoter-score window in each of the promoters. Data shown are log2 occupancy units from two independent chromatin immunoprecipitation experiments +/- standard deviation. log2 occupancy units >1: significant enrichment of the selected promoter sequences in the anti-p53 or anti-p73 chromatin immunoprecipitation.Back to article page
