Effects of PMMs on migration into scratch wounds. PC3 cells were transfected with siRNA pools for each PMM in 96-well plates. After 72 h, cells were scratch wounded and then wound closure monitored by time-lapse microscopy. (A) Examples of images from control siRNA-transfected cells. Phase contrast images (left panels).
