For each nucleotide (on the x axis) at every time point, relative sequence coverage is plotted (on the y axis) as the ratio of Tn coverage over T0 coverage (see “Methods”). Early replication origins are visible as peaks in the first time points, and gradually disappear when regions between origins are being replicated
