Population genomic analyses of different pangenome gene categories. a Illumina whole-genome sequencing data of 123 Zymoseptoria tritici isolates covering the worldwide distribution range was analyzed for polymorphism in core, accessory, and singleton genes of the pangenome. The distribution shows the number of pangenome genes detected in each isolate.
