Transcripts localized to the oosome that are subsequently maintained in pole cells. Images of whole mount in situ hybridized embryos for transcripts that showed strong enrichment in the oosome in the pre-blastoderm stage, and which subsequently entered, and were maintained in, the pole cells. All embryos are aligned and grouped into three columns (pre-blastoderm, blastoderm, and post-gastrulation) according to their embryogenesis stages, with posterior side to the right and dorsal side on the top.
