  1. Results obtained under the FBD and SFBD tree models with a NoSA diversity taxon sampling strategy and the (best fit) autocorrelated relaxed clock model. More informative priors are implemented to reduce deep root attraction. Mean values are reported given the very small variance for those parameter estimates (see full descriptive statistics in online Supplementary Information). Color schemes are the same as in “Table 4.” Abbreviations: α prior on the shape of the gamma parameter for rate variation among characters, d net diversification, r turnover, s proportion of fossil sampling, S sampling strategy.
