Simultaneous adenosine base editing of multiple target sites in hPSCs using XMAS-TREE. a HPSCs were co-transfected with pEF-XMAS, pEF-ABEmax, and a pMT-sgRNA that simultaneously targeted Site-5/HBG1/HBG2.
