Histone modification pattern differences between subgenomes in wild, domesticated and extracted tetraploid wheats. Histone modification patterns of A = B, A > B and A < B between the A and B subgenomes in the three tetraploid wheats: wild tetraploid wheat (WTW, accession TD265), domesticated tetraploid wheat (ETW, cv. TTR13) and extracted-tetraploid wheat (ETW).
