Prdm9-deficiency changes the quantities of spermatogenic cells in all 14 tubular stages of SHR rat. Cell counts of spermatogenic cell types in seminiferous tubules of stages I to XIV are given including the mean cell number ± standard deviation per tubule in each stage calculated from 3 to 5 tubules for each stage and animal (4 mutants and 3 controls) from sections stained with PAS-H.
