Chlorophyll fluorescence induced by white light (WL) and blue light (BL) at different cell densities. The excited light spectral of 1 mL cells under different cell densities (L, M, and H) were measured, with incident light of WL (a) or BL (b) at 80 μmol/m2/s. The excited chlorophyll fluorescence with a peak at 685 nm was pointed by a black arrow and the BL-excited chlorophyll fluorescence intensity was calculated and showed in Fig. 6. c The relative expression of ISIP1 and ISIP2a under BL at different cell density.
