Effect of external phase reference marker on phase relationship in baboon and human blood transcriptome. We calculated the circular cross-correlation and associated lag between the baboon expression profile and the human diurnal expression profile for all overlapping rhythmic genes. The circular cross-correlation and lags were calculated in every overlapping rhythmic gene (n = 4214) based on alignment with start of light, midpoint of light and end of light.
