MIC values are averaged (n>3) and performed under CSLI standards in the MHB II medium. Hemolysis assays and toxicity measurements were performed in triplicates. The therapeutic index (TI) is calculated by dividing the IC₅₀ values measured with HeLa cells by the MIC₅₀ obtained from clinical isolates (see Fig. 4a)
