Circles represent the posterior estimate of the population mean, and error bars represent 95% credible intervals. Beta coefficient zero indicates that the bias is toward (or away from) the previous stimulus, and one indicates that the bias is toward (or away from) the previous response. Center of attraction is located precisely on the previous response, while center of repulsion is located near the previous stimulus but shifted in a direction away from the previous response.
