Study of canine mammary tumoroids drift. A Diagram showing the strategy used to generate the different types of tumoroids. After tumor digestion, a part of the cells were frozen and then thawed to generate the “Frozen Cell Tumoroids.” The remaining cells were used to generate the “Fresh tumoroids.” A part of these tumoroids were cryopreserved and then thawed, corresponding to the “Frozen Tumoroids.” The three types of tumoroids were compared at the same time point post-culture at date 1 (4–5 weeks) or date 2 (6–7 weeks).
