Electrostatic comparison of BMP2/GDF5 to respective homodimers. Surface representation of homodimeric BMP2 (6OMN), GDF5 (1WAQ), and BMP2/GDF5 heterodimer (8E3G) colored by solvent electrostatic potential as determined by Adaptive Poisson-Boltzmann Solver (APBS) plugin in PyMol [46, 63, 69].
