Knocking out Pf2826 has no effect on the radial growth or spore production. Radial growth and spore production were compared between wild type Pseudozyma flocculosa and Cas9 knock-out strains Pf2826AX and Pf282659X. Radial growth was assessed on YMPDA (7 dpi). Spore production was monitored by growing the strains in YMPD liquid culture (3 dpi). The experiment was repeated three times with similar results
