Sequences were obtained from bracoviruses of Cotesia congregata (CcBV), Cotesia flavipes (CfBV), Cotesia chilonis (CchBV), Cotesia melanoscela (CmBV), Cotesia vestalis (CvBV), Cotesia rubecula (CrBV), Cotesia sesamiae (CsBV), Cotesia karyai (CkBV)and Cotesia glomerata (CgBV). Cystatin sequences from CcBV genome are noted CcBVcyst1, CcBVcyst2 and CcBVcyst3.
