  2. Most clones mapped to a single microchromosome (1 micro) where as some showed non specific binding to multiple microchromosomes (micros). A few clones mapped to sex chromosomes (Z and W), and one mapped to the centromeric region of a macrochromosome (macro). In only one cases did TAP2 and Class I clones colocalise, and that was on the W chromosome.
