Table 1 Effect of HU, benomyl, and LatA on spore germination. Spores were germinated on glass slides in PE. The percentage of spore germination was determined after 3 and 6 h. HU data is the average of four independent experiments. Benomyl and LatA experiments were repeated three times with two repeats in each experiment. Similar results were obtained in each of the three independent experiments.
