Folate preparations contain PABA-glu and PABA. Concentrations of (a) PABA-glu and (b) PABA as determined by LC-MS/MS in 10 and 100 μM folic acid preparations. Samples were folic acid from Schircks, Sigma, Boots and Schircks folic acid after addition to the agar media and incubation for 4 days at 25 °C.
