High levels of multidrug resistance in S. suis. The upper panel shows the number of our 678 isolates that carry a given number of candidate AMR determinants. The low panel shows the number of isolates that carry one or more AMR determinant for a given number of drug classes. Results show that more isolates carry determinants against 5 drug classes than carry no determinant at all.
