Base content proportions at the 5′ end of cfDNA fragments in RT induced apoptotic HL60 cell pellet and supernatant. A Human genome is composed of 29.5% A, 29.6% T, 20.4% C, and 20.5% G. The proportion of fragments with A-, T-, C-, and G-end in HL60 cell pellet is 24.9%, 24.0%, 31.8%, and 19.3%. The proportion of C-end fragments is significantly increased.
