The CapZ complex interacts with phosphatidylinositol monophosphates. A CapZβ-GFP/RFP-RAB5A-expressing HeLa cells were pretreated with or without VPS34-IN1 (1 μM) for 1 h and were then treated with or without YM-201636 (5 μM) for 8 h, followed by confocal imaging.
